3 Moves for Improved shoulder mobility

Probably the most common past injury that I come across as a personal trainer is the dreaded low back injury. Unfortunately, the shoulder is quickly gaining ground as a problem area. Many of our habits in this modern world tend to promote bad posture, and that's a huge contributor to shoulder problems. Desk jobs and electronic device habits can play a major role in this global decline in good posture. Here are a few warm-up moves I have started to incorporate into my clients' workouts to help them get their upper back and shoulders moving a little better. Remember, if you have any injury or chronic pain, please get checked by a medical professional.
